SET OF SEVEN BLUE PLASTIC (I THINK) BLUE PIERCED BUTTONS STILL ON THE ORIGINAL CARD. THE PIERCED PORTIONS ARE SHAPED LIKE BOWS. CARD HAS SOME YELLOWING. NO MARK TO INDICATE MANUFACTURER.
